Fee and payments
The registration fee includes scientific programme, proceedings, lunches, morning and afternoon coffees/teas, ice breaker and banquet, but not the excursion.

Cancellations and refund policy
In case of cancellation, requests received by May 15, 2010, the registration fee will be refunded, less a 50 euro cancellation charge. No credits are given for late notices or no shows.
